The National HR Convention and EXPO is the largest gathering of HR professionals, business leaders, and people leaders in the Maldives. Organised by the Maldives Association of HR Professionals (MAHRP), the Convention brings together practitioners from across industries to learn, share, and shape the future of work.

Launched in 2019, the HR Convention series continues to grow as a platform for professional excellence and meaningful dialogue. The 6th National HR Convention and EXPO will take place on 11–12 April 2026, focusing on emerging global and local HR trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Through thought leadership, practical insights, and collaborative discussions, the Convention aims to inspire human-centred, future-ready workplaces.
